I am so tired ! 😩

I have been experiencing tingling in my hands,leg and feet... leg cramps and back pain when I walk and also when I try to go to sleep, heartburn and also I just caught another cold out of nowhere again! Smh I’ve been waking up in cough attacks and seem to can’t catch my breath and My chest & throat HURTS from all the coughing .. followed by a pounding feeling in my head as well 😔 it’s ALOT right ??! Well that’s what I’ve been going through and I’m just so tired of it all... I am ready for this pregnancy to be over so I can take care of myself and body as I once did .. and also get some needed comfortable sleep 😔 God please help me get through this .. what remedy’s do you ladies use when feeling sick ?
