Implantation or breakthrough bleeding/ vagina pain

I started my birth control pills Sunday, February 3rd, on what I thought was day one of my period. I was cramping a little and I was starting to have pink discharge. My period ended up coming full on the next day. My periods usually only last 4-5 days but a week later I was still “spotting”. The following Sunday I had unprotected (pretty rough) sex and he came in me. Fast forward another week and I’m still having pinkish/brownish discharge and also my vagina (the hole) is not back to its normal feeling. It hurts to touch without some sort of lube/oil. I’ve made an appointment with my GYN. Anybody else go through something similar?
