Tips After 4 Failed Femara Cycles?

Just got my fourth BFN after a cycle on Femara. This time we also did an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. I have been on Metformin and Levothyroxine since September. Any suggestions for other supplements? Or other tips? I’m getting pretty freaking desperate.
