I just got my first positive OPK in at least 18 months😭 I’m on CD 15!!! I’ll admit I was starting to doubt this could work for me, I have PCOS & just haven’t been feeling positive lately. We BD this morning but when is the ideal time, isn’t it the day after ur surge? Thanks in advance ! 🤞🏼❤️
