Accidentally Give baby 1oz water??

Omg so its 10am i didnt get back home till 3 after being at my sister in laws house because she just had a baby so me and my husband went over there with our 9 week old. Then when we got home i had to take a bath, boil water, clean bottles and take her a bath so i slept late so brain is fried. Anyways i wake up just now delirious and take her previous bottle from the fridge that has 2 oz of milk. Adding another 2oz Landing on 4oz. After i feed her i realize i mightve poured it to 5oz so she drank a whole oz of water!. Luckily she drinks up to 6 and a half oz so i made 2 more oz's and added a little extra formula to it to make up for the extra water in last bottle, should i be freaked out?? How dangerous is it for her to drink an oz of water?? Ughhh
