Long story short he was supposed to be going on a 10 day tour with his band. But then he told me the vocalist was in the hospital and had to get a surgery because he has Chron’s disease (shouldn’t be fatal so I don’t think anything really bad happened) yesterday morning... I am really worried because I have not heard from him at all and it’s been over a day. He played his first show here on Friday night and that’s the last I saw him. No one knows where he is, not even his brother (who was also at the show Friday. He said my BF just disappeared without saying goodbye and no one knows what happened to him which is weird because they’re really close), friends or parents. It just seems that he’s mysteriously disappeared, and isn’t answering any of my calls or texts. Nothing. Last thing he said was that he was getting food with his bassist and that was it. He had to cancel his show yesterday because of his friends surgery. He has no shows today but I don’t know if he’s still in the hospital or what hospital he would even be at. Should I report him as missing to the police..? Is he just ignoring me at this point? We’re both 25 and supposed to be giving birth to our baby in a month btw...

Update: I texted him saying I was going to call the police and report him as missing because I was really worried. He texted back INSTANTLY. I suspect he is cheating. I’ve had a strong gut feeling that he’s been and may have been with another girl last night. He is an asshole.
