missed birth control..

so thursday night i forgot to take my birth control pill and took it when i got up the next morning. and then friday i took it like normal. i went out last night and ended up staying the night elsewhere and didn’t take it until just now. i had sex this morning and we didn’t use a condom. he didn’t cum inside me, but he did cum on my vagina. i’m on the last three days of my pills before placebo week. i was spotting a little this week too. my mind is just a little lost in that could get pregnant. am i crazy or should i go buy emergency contraceptive?
