Normal ultrasound? UPDATE*

Question

Does this look normal for 7w1d? They told me it would end in MC but idk why because my numbers were good and there was a heartbeat. It says it measures 6 weeks but how she measured doesn’t look like she measured the whole baby? She was VERY negative from the second she even found the baby. It grew a lot compared to my actual 6 week ultrasound which looked like a grain of rice. I get another one tomorrow at 8w1d hoping th heartbeat is good and it grew!

It looks to be a yolk sac next to the baby, which is why it may seem like she measured wrong. I’d go elsewhere if you didn’t have a good experience and also get a second opinion. 
I had a similar experience with the baby measuring behind with a slow heart rate and it wasn’t a good outcome. However, I’ve also heard positive stories.

UPDATE. Baby’s heart stopped. The white dot is tissue and there was blood in the sac today. Surgery to remove is in 1-2 days 😭😭😭

I wouldn’t stress your self to much over it, I’d ask to get levels checked over a period of a week, as they should be doubling. My 7 weeks ultrasound didn’t really look like that but I’m sure not all ultrasounds look the same. My dr had me getting my levels checked every 48 hours for a week since miscarriage was a concern. I think if your worried and the ultrasound tech is making it worse I’d do the blood work. But having a heart beat is atleast a good sign. Mine was pretty low at 7 weeks, and the tech did say miscarriage was a possibility(but honestly miscarriage is a possibility for awhile). I’m currently almost 16 weeks, with as far as I’m aware a healthy little bean. I hope it all works out for you!

I'd go get a second opinion. My daughter measured 6 weeks when she should have measured 8 weeks and she was perfectly fine.

Looks like she measured something else here. But she might just gave you this picture and measured on another differently. Cant tell from this. 
It looks normal to me, but i didn’t study for it🤷‍♀️
It does look a bit too much on the side of the ovaries though. Did she say anything about an ectopic pregnancy?

The sac looks large for the baby to be so small

The baby is what’s being measured in between the yellow + signs. The circular blob next to this is the baby. Honestly not sure what the white tissue is up top inside the sac, never seen this before (I worked in OB almost 2 years). My opinion is that the gestational sac looks elongated and like the body is making an attempt to move everything closer to the cervix for expulsion, but again I’m not a trained u/s tech so I really know very little.
