You are not alone. And also all toddlers are jerks and its ok.

You don’t get a medal for getting through labour without pain relief. Do what you have to do to get through it

The first three months is survival mode! Lower your expectations and accept help!

Simplify. No need for a million toys. Most of the time, they prefer non-toy items anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️

2) think about what kind of relationship you want with your child and strive for that

Breastfeeding might be the hardest thing you ever do, even harder than labor, but it does get easier. And whether you choose to keep breastfeeding or to go with formula you are still rocking it as a mom and feeding that baby!

Don’t compare yourself to other moms- that includes how they parent, their postpartum bodies, etc!

“You’re not going to look back 10-15 years from now and wish you had gotten a few more hours of sleep... you’re going to look back and wish you could hold your baby one last time” 
So hold, rock, and snuggle your babies 😭

Practice mental health early and often (for everyone!). Validate and name emotions. Even toddlers can start to learn about taking a belly breath to help calm down, especially if you practice when they're already calm, not just when they're crying. And give yourself the care you need, too.
