7 month old schedule
I’m having a hard time getting in a set everyday schedule. I would love to have a set wake up time, nap times and bedtime. But his naps are always different lengths so he is going to bed and waking at different times everyday.
I’m currently a stay at home mom so times are flexible now but I would still love to get more of a set schedule.
Any suggestions/help would be lovely. What is your 7 month olds sleep and eat schedule??
