Help !!!! Baby won’t take bottle !!

My baby girl is 6 weeks and has been nursed on the boob since birth. She’s taken a bottle once or twice no problem, but now she won’t ever . We’ve been going on date nights and will leave the baby with a family member and she’s refusing the bottle. We’ve tried Dr Browns, Maam, avent, and tommee tippee and she refuses all of them. I’m going back to work soon and can’t be home to nurse her and i’m desperate!! We had to leave church today because she wouldn’t eat from the bottle.
