Had an ectopic in November 2018 with left tube removed. Any advise ? Or anything I should buy from the store to maybe help?

I had my right tube removed in November 2017 and still no luck 😕
Last month I started taking prenatal vitamins and an oil from young living. And my husband started taking conceive plus fertility support vitamins.

Had my ectopi. In Dec...I was trying for 12 cycles...added liquid geritol and it did the trick. This was my first month ttc since my miscarriage. I am currently 6dpo.

I have had 3 miscarriages and 2 ectopics... I have 1 tube left and it is slightly dilated....i am hoping for natural remedies to unblock my tube and have a successful pregnancy... I have faith! My boyfriend is really supportive ..Has anyone had any success with similar complications.

Try not to smoke or drink alcohol. Eat healthy... Do abdominal exercise and massages to get more blood flow. Take prenatal drink lots of water with a dash of apple cider vinegar to balance ph level. and I have recently started a chinese tea once a day  and serrapeptase 3 times a day..  My right tube it partially blocked... So I recently quit smoking and drinking and in taking all the steps so that when I have my HSG in 2 months my things should b free of scar tissue.. Anything is possible. Stay positive.
