My baby is 5 weeks old and his skin has always been clear, up until around a week go. His face, behind his ears and hair line are completely covered in these spots, and sometimes the area of skin is extremely red.

Have an appointment with the health visitor in a few days but just wondered if this was baby acne or something else? It’s not milia as he has this on his nose and I can tell the difference. Thanks
