Best advice?

So does anyone else get this? At night when I roll over on my side, my little one always kicks and gets mad. Then when I go back to the other side, the second one does the same... any suggestions??

They aren’t getting mad and you aren’t hurting them. You’re just waking them up. It’s a good way to kick count since it’s hard with twins

I’m 33 weeks with twins boys, have the same thing. Poor guys are pretty squashed in there.

Haha yes! They’re not mad though if it makes you feel any better, they’re just re-adjusting too to get comfy again...exactly like we are I guess 💕

I had that a ton. try propping a pillow under your belly on whatever side you lay on. Not promising it'll help but it might make it a little bit more comfortable.

Sounds pretty normal. My twins did that and now that I’m having a singleton she tends to kick every time I roll over.
