Lactating after miscarriage

If it happened to you, how far along were you when you had your miscarriage?

I was 10w5d when the baby stopped growing and found out at 12 weeks. I had a D&C last Friday and today I stared lactating. I’m calling my doctor tomorrow but am wondering if anyone has gone through this.
