Pregnancy and workouts

I’m overweight and was literally a week into dieting and small workouts to lose weight when I found out I’m pregnant. I’m 210 at 5’7 and would like to be 140 (if I wasn’t pregnant of course). It took us a while to get pregnant and I’m so paranoid I’m going to do something too extraneous. I don’t want to risk my baby in any way, so what are some good exercises for a beginner who is pregnant?
