Need help

So I have a crush on this really cute guy and I really want to ask him out but I don't really know how to I'm bi and I'm really going to asking girls out but when it comes to guys it's a whole nother story can someone please help me I really like him that was going to ask him during the first couple weeks of school but then another girl that it before me so I don't want that to happen again
