Could I be pregnant!!🤞🏽😩💕

Hey ladies I wanted to know if I could possibly be pregnant? My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive . I had 2 periods in January, the first one started January 1 and came off January 5. I started bleeding again the second time on January 29 and came off feb 2 then on feb 5 I noticed I was spotting very little and it was light pink , it stopped on the 6 after a few hours. My ovulation day started the 12 of feb and I have sex the 10, 11 of feb . 2 days after ovulation I noticed my lower back was bothering me and and now today suddenly I woke up with my breast being really sore and it’s been like this all day 😩... can anybody tell me what does it sound like is happening?
