Newborn sleep tips?

Baby girl is 2 weeks old
She falls asleep on the boob sooo easily but thats the only way I can get her to sleep. Then when I move her and try and lay her down she wakes up immediately. 
Tips? I'm a first time mom, obviously 😅😅

You can wait 20-30 minutes to put her down. This is when they usually fall into a deep sleep.

There aren’t any tips. She’s in the 4th trimester. She’ll get better with time. My son started sleeping without being held around 8 weeks.

White noise, swaddle, pacifiers helped a lot when my LO got a bit older. We got into the habit early of keeping baby awake after feeding and putting herself to sleep. I'd say around month two. Best thing we could have done!

The only thing that helped my newborn was a swing. I would let her fall asleep in her swing, let her sleep in the swing for a bit then move her. Another person said to wait 20-30 min to move them, I found that to be true too. I used an app with a women humming combined with music, I would hum along and stop to let the music take over. You can also heat the crib with a heating pad before putting baby in, place an article of clothing near by or under the sheet to smell like you. Make sure the room is dark. Babies that young are used to being lulled to sleep while you move then wake up at night when you were sleeping. There is an amazing book Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child. Taught me a lot about sleep and my kids are great sleepers now. Hang in there, this is a rough stage. Don’t be afraid to ask for help too. Ask a friend or family member to come over during the day to let you get a nap.

Sadly no tips😓 I know it’s hard! It’s tiring, omg so tiring. My girl did the same thing, she’d fall asleep so easy on me but the second me or her dad tried to put her down she’d wake up right away. 
We played low country music while we held her and when we put her down, she’d still wake up when we put her down but she wouldn’t fuss so much with the music, she’d eventually fall back asleep within 10-15 minutes with the music still going. Also pat her hip lightly after we put her down. Hopefully I helped, it gets better!!💜

Ah no tips here. My boy slept on me for the better part of 6 weeks when he was a newbie. Around 8 weeks he started to settle in places other than my arms or chest, so this is when I started to place him in his crib or bassinet for naps and nighttime sleep. It took a while, but we stayed consistent with sleep places and by 3 months he was sleeping in his own room is his crib with no issues.

Are you opposed to a pacifier? My son used one only at bed time when he was tiny, it helped him learn to self soothe quickly and he’s been sleeping all through the night since he was one month old (he’s almost 3 now.)
