Yes or no?

So I took a test around 3:00 pm today and got a faint positive. ( I’ll include a picture) but then I took a digital around 5:00 to be sure and it said “ not pregnant”. Could first morning urine be a factor here? I have a spare test that I plan to take in the morning. Just looking for some opinions.
