I cannot reach an orgasm. I’m 18 and I’ve been masturbating since I was about 13. I also have a boyfriend who I’ve had sex with twice (I still live with my strict parents so it’s kinda hard to get around to it lol), and so I know I still have a lot of sexual exploration to do. I guess I’m mostly just worried because I cannot make myself orgasm. I feel like as a horny teenager it should be easier, but it’s never been. I’d masturbate for hours and hit high points but always come straight back down with no orgasm. I recently talked openly with my boyfriend about this, because I don’t want him to think it’s his fault.

My question is: as a teenager that has a high libido and masturbates a lot, is this something I should worry about? Should I talk to my doctor about it?

I’m able to feel “satisfied” after sex, especially because my boyfriend is really good at what he does lol, but I just can’t ever seem to carry over the intensity into an orgasm. After 5 years, I know what I like, I just can’t ever hit it. What should I do? For anyone in a similar situation, what has worked for you?

Also, sadly I don’t experience much pleasure from clitoral stimulation :/ I prefer penetration
