Sleeping plans???

Hi. My first twin pregnancy so u pretty much have no idea... what happens with sleeping ideas? I know they are aloud to share or be separate but if I was to put them into the same bed, can I buy larger cots?

We had ours in two bassinets, now in 2 cribs. It’s good to have 2 different sleeping places so you have the option to separate them if you need to. Mine ended up in separate rooms very early on.

Im thinking for the first two-three months (or until they can roll over), we are going to put them in a play pen (with the infant insert that lays closer to the top) in our bedroom.
Hopefully it’ll but us a little more time to prepare their nursery with two cribs. 😰😆 
Im also thinking of checking out ikea for smaller cribs. My first born has a convertible crib so it’s big and thick since the long sides will eventually become a headboard and footboard for a full size bed. I don’t have enough room to get that kind of crib again, times two lol.

We put them in the same crib for the first couple of months until they could roll over, then it became too dangerous! Now they sleep in side by side cribs (16 months).
