Breastfeeding mamas
My nipples feel SO RAW and they hurt so bad! Ive been using coconut oil and that seems go be helping a little but I dread when it's time for baby to feed again because of how bad they hurt. I've also use cold and hot compresses. Is anyone or has anyone experienced this? I've tried pumping but my supply sucks and I cant get as much as I used too. Babe is 3 weeks old
