So I have a question I haven't been on birth control in Almost 6 months

So I have a question I haven't been on birth control in Almost 6 months and since I've had a regular period like exactly the same day Well me and my significant other started having unprotected sex a week ago I wasn't due for my period until the 7th or 8th during sex I go pee and wipe and there is real light blood like pink is that normal? Or should I be worried I'm lost??!!!!!
