My boyfriend and I have a had a rough patch in our relationship before (he said he didn’t love him self and broke up with me) we fixed things and after that break up things seemed as if they got even better between us. This Valentine’s Day he gave me a promise ring. Saturday night we got into a big fight over the phone it was a dumb fight. Yesterday after work he called me and broke up with me no reason just “I’m done” and hung up. He wouldn’t take my calls so I went to his house to talk about it and he said he still doesn’t love himself and he’s been contemplating suicide because he’s unhappy with himself. What do I do? Do I stick around and try to help? How do I help? Please give me advice It’s very much needed.
