Odd reaction to the pill?

I just started month four of the pill (orthocyclin B/vylibra) and I have these random side effects every now and then. The first of which is that I think I’m now lactose intolerant..? The second being that sometimes on pill transition days (like going from the placebo to the first phase), I wake up extremely nauseous to the point of throwing up.

I just had a very normal period and haven’t had sex in a few weeks, so there are no pregnancy concerns on my side. However, I am concerned that I feel like shit and had to miss lecture today.

Maybe someone else has had a similar experience 🤷🏽‍♀️
