11 week old fussy and not sleeping

My lo had been sleeping great. He would go to bed about 9:30, wake up about 3 for a bottle and then would sleep until about 7. For the last 5 days he has been more fussy, constantly sucking on his hands. Then at night, his eyes are still closed, but he is moving around and sucking his pacifier. He also changes from eating 2 ounces one feeding to 4 ounces the next. I've read about wonder leaps and am wondering if that's what it is?? How do I get him back to sleeping at night and eating bigger bottles during the day and not at night?
