Anybody else feel bad ?

Question

I feel so bad sometimes starting to occur more when I see my six yesr old girl playing by herself and comes to me to play with her (which I do) but can't all the times ... she gets so bored ? Does anyone feel bad about your only child not having a sibling ?

Yes, I do feel bad when I can’t play with my daughter. I just remind myself that I do play with her whenever I can, and that I’m trying to keep my household and work stuff in order when I can’t, which is also for her benefit. Having to entertain herself at times is healthy because it encourages a creative mindset. As long as we are interacting and playing with them as much as possible, it’s all good. They get a good amount of interaction and playtime with other children at school, and as they grow older, they will find friends to keep them company more often.
