I can’t get I rid of the smell I’ve tried Fred Myers drug store yeast infection 7 day meds. Still have the smell and the sweats.

What could be the cause ? I’ve never had this problem before. It’s just a strong vagina smell not disgusting or anything just like I’m ovulating at all times and it’s deep and stank. Does anyone have any tips? Home remedies ? Tricks !? Anything ?
