Hi, I have a 4 month old and wanting to move closer to my mom, sisters , grandparents and my dad is wanting to move out there as well because we have zero family here. The baby’s father is not that great... he is on parole or recently got off, last weekend he sent me a photo of our baby sitting on a bumbo on the coffee table next to a weed pipe and jar of weed !!! I’ve been told by mutual friends that he and his gf do cocaine sometimes as well! I’m starting the court process to move tomorrow, I have a paralegal doing the paperwork for me. Has anyone else moved out of state and went through court in Ca to get permission and how did it go ?
