So I'm pretty new to a PCOS diagnoses (just within the month) and my period has not be normal since I was about 16 or 17. I've gotten used to it at this point. However, for the past few days I've been cramping and other period like symptoms (breaking out like crazy, craving, hunger, emotional) however I'm not bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it can possibly be?
