So my father in law noticed my daughter having a flat spot.. I personally try everything to keep her from laying on her head so much and didn't really notice it until he said something. Now we are teething and stressing about flat head syndrome 😩😩😩

I’ve been trying for two months to help my little with her flat spot.  We do tummy time at every chance we can and she will tolerate.  I lay her the way the doctor told me and it’s pretty flat still.  I -think- we may end up with a helmet.  We go for the four month check up in a few weeks so we shall see.  A helmet isn’t the worse thing that can happen to her so I’m just reminding myself of that.
