I need some help weighing the pros and cons. I'm going through a divorce, and having trouble deciding where to live.

House A

6 bedrooms, 6 baths, 3,700 sq. ft

Pros

8 acres of land, separate apartment inside the house, additional warehouse space for my business, no neighbors, amazing kitchen and master bath

Cons

30 minutes out of town, I don't love the exterior or the floorplan, needs new carpet, fireplace, countertops and paint. There is no market for this house, if I purchase it, I probably won't be able to sell it for 10 years

House B

4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4,278 sq. ft

Pros

Love the exterior, in a nice neighborhood where houses sell quickly, close to town, love the floorplan, easy to maintain

Cons

No warehouse space (so I would need to rent, +$1,000 per month), no land, needs new paint and carpet, mediocre kitchen, and..my ex lived here
