Years before I met my current boyfriend of 1 year, I ended a longterm toxic relationship with my ex. Since the break up, every few months my ex has tried to contact me, but I have never responded. When we broke up, I told him clearly that I never wanted to speak to him again after all the lying, cheating, and manipulation.

Fast forward to now, I hadn't heard anything out of him in a few months. Today he finally popped back up again trying to add me & sending me dm's on Facebook. It has left me feeling very anxious.

Would you tell your man about the situation, or alternatively would you want to be told about it if the roles were flipped? Why or why not?
