So miserable right now

I have a bad sinus cold plus I’m severely nauseated. I’m 8 weeks so I’m nervous to take anything . Just gonna lay in bed with a cold compress and cry . I do feel very blessed to be pregnant just annoyed with this head cold and not feeling well.
