Switching pills kinda (very) nervous

(Photos attached at the bottom) So I have been taking the white packaged pill for 5 months now and the 4th month I started to have really REALLY bad mood swings and they continued into the 5th month so I went to the doctor and they put me on the green package pill. I went online and did some research on the green packaged, Blisovi 24 fe pill, and the comments seem to be mostly negative a lot people on different sites said that it caused a lot of weight gain and mood swings while the one that I’m still taking right now people don’t really say much about it. Idk if I made the right choice this is the first day in 2 months that I have not cried uncontrollably so idk. Has or is anyone else taking Blisovi 24 Fe and what r ur thoughts about it, have u experiences and bad side effects?
