I feel so lonely at night recently with my so working 3rd shift any one else's in the same spot as me? :/ any advice?

Find something to keep you busy until he gets home. And stay up while he is gone and sleep while he's there if you can.

Mine has worked 3rd shift for 8 months it's hard. The first 2 weeks I slept on couch or I had one of My kids sleep in my bed I just hated being in bed alone. Over that now I love having bed to myself. As far as being lonely I started listening to alot of audio books have them on all the time and I have 2 older children they are 10/8 to talk with. We did all change our habits we eat dinner at 7 now do homework at 8 then we spend time as family till he has to leave bed by 10
