I also have PCOS. I was on clomid for 4 months with hcg trigger each month     I had 3 bfn's and 1 chemical. Dr switched me to letrezole because clomid was thinning my uterus and we got our bfp on the first round! Letrezole was a dream compared to clomid. Just had our first sonogram Friday (6w+\-3d) and heartbeat was 114! Dr says everything looks great. We had been ttc since last June, starting clomid in March, birth control to shrink an extremely large cyst in July and then letrezole in August. Baby dust to you!!

I got my bfp on my second cycle of letrozole.  I also have PCOS and was on clomid 3 months prior to switching medicines.  Good luck !!
