Do you ovulate on the same cycle day?!

Just wondering how often you guys ovulate on the same cycle day each cycle? I just started tracking last month and got my LH peak on cycle day 12. It’s cycle day 12 again and no peak yet and lines haven’t gotten much darker but, I don’t want to psych myself out already. 😔

The day of ovulation can change month to month. The amount of time from the first day of your period until the day of ovulation can vary monthly but the second part of your cycle, the luteal phase, starting from the day you ovulate until your next period starts is fixed - usually about 12-14 days. Stress and illness can also delay ovulation
