My baby just turned a month old today. We are having trouble keeping him in his crib at night and even going to sleep. He has colic so I do everything I can to sooth him. However, after he falls asleep after each of his night feedings (2 at night. Midnight and 4am) we place him in his bed and he will cry and cry until we get him out. Sometimes he cry for a few hours straight and fall in and out of sleep but will whine. I really don’t want him in the bed with us because he’s so small but I’m just so exhausted and really want him to sleep somewhat in the night. I rock him, swaddle, make sure he burps, gripe water. Nothing he just wants to be with in our bed.
