Eating problems
I weigh myself everyday. If I'm over 105 I won't eat until I lose the weight. my boyfriend can tell when I want to eat and when I really don't want to. He made me send him a video of me eating two pieces of pizza or else he would've gone two days without eating. I'm 107 rn and I feel like shit. I know it's unhealthy but I really want to lose those 2 pounds. I feel so much better about myself when I'm under 105. I'm 16 and 5'4 so it's not technically underweight. I wouldn't let him touch me bc I felt so bad about myself. I wish I didn't have this problem.. is there anything I can do to get rid of it or work on it?
