I used another company called nurx but it's the same concept.
It's pretty easy from the get go. They have a lot of options and brands to choose from if you know what you're looking for. I was looking for a specific brand that other online pharmacies didn't have. Nurx had it.
Also, if you dont have insurance or can't pay a big copay, there's still many options for you!
I got mine in the mail for the first couple months and then transferred it to a pharmacy to pick up because I was going on vacation and needed it sooner. They were really accommodating with me needing my pills quickly. The mail order comes quickly if you get it through the mail.
Customer service is good. It was a little slow to get started but after everything got established it was excellent. I heard that all the similar companies are a little slow at first.
