Upon finding out via home preggy test I was pregnant on January 28th up until now I have experienced the WORST morning and night sickness. This is my first time expecting and I am extremely nervous. I have been able to keep food down maybe 7 days sporadically. I went to the ER today and was told I weigh 41.5 which equates to 91lbs. My heart sunk... I’m 28 & 5’2. I’m just getting my Insurance card until the meantime until I get to the Doctor what can I do to at least try to get weight on me or keep food down?! 🤰🏽🧘🏽‍♀️
