We say “I love you” or some variation of it like a million times per day. I’ll pretend to be upset if he doesn’t say it at certain times, but it’s all in jest and it doesn’t actually bother me.
No sense in picking fights about something so trivial in my opinion. I already know my hubby loves me.

It depends really like if I lived with a guy I’d be a little but since I do not I don’t really expect my boyfriend to text me every night before bed. That’s just me tho I don’t really blame you for being bothered by it
