Uterus shrinking/cramps/pains

Anyone else? I feel like all of a sudden I’m contracting, having a period, and need to have a BM all at once I’m confused? This is baby number two for me I must have forgotten about this part. My stomach feels all crampy they said it was my uterus shrinking that’s crazy! LOL
