Does my baby daddy still have a responsibility?
We broke up, im seeing someone else. And he thinks if we go to court he wont have to support them or even visit them anymore. He believes the judge will say my new boyfriend will have to step up and take responsibility and be the father.
Ive only been seeing this guy for 8 months. We dont even live in the same town, he hasnt even met my kids.
