Has any one had this problem? How did you fix it?

My almost 9 month old has never really been a good napper but at first she was sleeping through almost the whole night. When she started teething things started to change. She became more cranking and not napping as well anymore. It got so messed up that now she has her night and day schedule all messed up. She would literally sleep all day and be awake all night. Is the solution to just keep her awake as much as possible during the day and keep her naps short? Even if shes just grumpy and crying? I work from home on my computer so it's hard since have to get work done
