Ladies, help me please... I am having low blood sugars down to 30’s some nights ,and then after I get high.... tonight I got up to 345 , I started at 230 I corrected and it keep going up even with corrections, I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant . Am I hurting my baby? I’m so scared I will miscarry because of my blood sugars... my current A1C is 6.6 . I am having such an emotional night because I feel like I’m hurting my baby :( I can’t control my blood sugars 😭 I have a doc appointment tomorrow with my endo. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 19 years.
