Getting back into fitness after C-Section??
So 12 weeks ago I had a planned c-section for my beautiful (but stubborn) breach baby girl. Last week I went to netball trials and felt it went ok. This week however I felt like I did miserably (the trials were spread across two weeks).
My partner thinks I’m being to hard on myself, he’s probably right but it got me thinking, how soon after c-sections did you ladies get back into fitness??
