Confused

I'm very confused, i came off depo December 11th had my withdraw bleed, for 14 days just about maybe 9 anyways been actively trying, i experienced some light spotting and light cramps, i only saw blood when i wiped, well that lasted three days then it was completely gone i tested yesterday and it came back negative so im really really confused. I go to the doctor Thursday....any of you experienced this?
